We are happy to announce we closed on 5358 Old Winter Garden Road, a ~17k SF small bay warehouse in Orlando with two buildings and room for outdoor storage.
Our plan is simple: improve the property and bring rates to market. We will hold the property long-term and distribute cash flow during the hold.
We aim to almost double investor money when all is said and done with a ~17% cash on cash yield once stabilized.
