We will train the right candidate but experience in Transportation is desirable. If you have direct experience Dispatching and/or Driving; even better!
COMPENSATION IS NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
The candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem solving and communication skills. Must have strong computer skills.
As a Dispatcher you will:
• Build Relationships with Customers and Drivers
• Plan Loads and Routes for Company Drivers/Trucks
• Dispatch Drivers to their next location
• Monitor Loads and be in communication with Drivers and Customers
• Troubleshoot Delays, Breakdowns and other issues
• Keep Notes, Logs, and Dispatch Systems up to date
• Work with Team Members to problem solve
