ALL THE RIGHT ELEMENTS FOR SUCCESS AT ELEMENT 112
Umami is the taste profile that describes the depth of flavor in a dish. It is also the best description for Element 112, which has added a depth of flavor and style to downtown Sylvania for over 10 years. And now, it is expanding its flavor and business palette even more.
On Thursday, November 10, the Sylvania Area Community Improvement Corporation was proud to present Chris Nixon and Michele Nixon, from Element 112, a check for $50,000, to assist with their new investment in their operation.
The crew at Element 112 is embarking on the addition of a new test kitchen in the restaurant. The kitchen will allow their culinary team to train and experiment with new dishes, expanding their gastronomic workspace. Along with the new kitchen area, they will be adding a private dining room that seats 20 with a separate entrance, perfect for special events. The new growth will also provide them with more space for storage, office, and break room space for their employees.
On October 27th, the restaurant celebrated its ten-year anniversary in downtown Sylvania.
