From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help us move quickly in a competitive market. Junior and Karena worked over a weekend to get our pre-approval completed, allowing us to submit an offer within just two days. That responsiveness made a huge difference and set the tone for the entire experience.
Once we were under contract, the team operated at an impressive pace to meet every tight deadline. Alex, our main loan officer, took the time to walk us through the mortgage process in two separate sessions, patiently explaining each step and making sure we felt comfortable and informed. As first-time buyers, that guidance gave us a great deal of confidence.
Throughout the process, Karena was consistently available, answering questions, explaining the details behind loan estimates, and keeping us updated on progress every step of the way. We always felt informed and knew exactly where things stood.
