Christian Gridley entered the mortgage lending field so he could work one-on-one with home owners and share the knowledge he gained working for a national wholesale mortgage lender. This experience gave him a deep understanding of how lenders evaluate loan applications. Christian enjoys the strategic part of mortgage lending and recognizes that one size does not fit all. He has 4+ years’ business

ownership experience and 18 years total in the mortgage business which have given him an intimate knowledge of the process along with the expertise of working with several different loan products. He has been able to produce solutions to a problem that other lenders have not and has resulted in extremely pleased clients. Christian works with the complete spectrum of homebuyers whether they are first time buyers or move-up buyers. He loves the educational process of working with the first time homebuyers and guiding them through the maze of mortgage lending. Christian offers conventional lending products but also WHEDA, FHA, VA, and USDA financing. Cloud State University, Christian is a member of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association and has also been published in the Scotsman Guide – a national mortgage publication. He enjoys time with his wife and two children along with outdoor sports such as cycling, camping, and fly fishing.
