Rancocas Valley Education Foundation Ensuring opportunity and excellence for every Rancocas Valley Regional High School student

In October 1998 the RV Board of Education endorsed the establishment of an educational foundation to help ensure opportunity and excellence for every student. The foundation is comprised of citizens from the sending districts and alumni of the high school. Its formation also meets a primary goal of the district's strategic plan and is the newest component of ongoing community and parent involvemen

t program. Trustees of the foundation made a commitment to donate their time and expertise to develop fundraising campaigns that range from the "tried and true" to the "never been tried before." The foundation is an autonomous, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation separate and distinct from the board of education. Tax-deductible gifts can be made to the foundation in the form of cash contributions, bequests, insurance policies, memorials or tributes. The Rancocas Valley Regional Educational Foundation is another significant step in the school and community's pursuit of educational excellence and high achievement. In addition, to providing funding sources, the foundation encourages communication and the exchange of ideas between the school and the communities we serve. Additional funding and new ideas may, in turn, foster innovative solutions to the challenges facing public education today.

We are very excited to announce that Pro Day will be on May 5 this year at Deerwood Country Club.

We will be honoring Shaun Bradley who graduated from RV in 2015 and competed in football, basketball and track. Shaun, a three-year starter at Temple football, led the team in tackles during two seasons and is a two time 1st Team All-Conference and a one time 2nd Team All-Conference. Shaun was selected in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles and has built a six-year NFL career as a linebacker and special teams contributor with the Eagles, Texans and Chiefs.

We are looking forward to celebrating his career!

On this day... 24 years ago 246 people went to sleep in preparation for their morning flights. 2,606 people went to sleep in preparation for work in the morning. 343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift. 60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol. 8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for the morning shift. None of them saw past 10:00am Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life may never be the same. As you live and enjoy the breaths you take today and tonight before you go to sleep in preparation for your life tomorrow, kiss the ones you love, snuggle a little tighter, and never take one second of your life for granted.
