Some of my core beliefs as a financial advisor:

1. Family is the building block of society, so if we want to change the world it starts in the family.

2. Finances are generational whether we like it or not. So we have a choice… burden or blessing.

3. God has blessed us with unique gifts, talents and resources and it’s our responsibility to steward them intentionally.

4. Failing to plan is planning to fail.

5. Almost all financial products/ investments are tools, use them for what they’re good at and you’ll be happy.

6. Taxes are not fun.

7. Preparing for what can go wrong is just as important as planning for what can go right.

8. Generosity unlocks peace and joy.

10. Money magnifies… virtue or vice.

It's about building relationships...

The past few weeks have consisted of painting sunsets, throwing axes, sharing lots of laughter, and answering many wonderful financial questions.

One constant theme...every person is in a completely different financial situation. There is no cookie cutter way of serving people in the financial industry. It's all about building relationships which allows for better understanding and greater planning.
