Exercise With Me Some very basic exercises to help with your fitness goals! Daily Livestreams if you want to join me.

I'll be doing livestream workouts for people to follow along with, and record my time at the gym and post it for those who missed it the first time around. This will be very basic stuff you can get started with, from the comfort of your own home. I encourage people to post progress pictures, motivational stuff, or talk about their experiences! This will be a fun and easy way to exercise without fi

nancial or time commitments to a gym, or a way for those already going to the gym to incorperate different exercises into their routines. Negativity of any kind will not be tolerated, nor will any sort of fat shaming/ableism. I will delete your posts or comments, and will block you if need be.
