This is catphishing. Do not call them back. This particular one says they are Amazon customer service and will ask you for you debit/credit card info and login credentials for Amazon. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. If you get something like this about your Beacon account call the credit union. If after hours call the lost stolen number on the back of your card to report the message and they can tell you if the was sent out from Beacons fraud service.

Download our NEW MOBILE APP to access your account. BEACON COMMUNITY CU is available in App Store. Choose Sign Up (iOS) or Join Now (android). Enter required date to create username and password.

At beaconccu.org. Select the New Online Banking Login and choose Enroll now to sign up.

Your old username and password will not work. You must register for new ones.

You must select Sign Up or Join Now, depending on your device. Enter your SSN, Email address, Member Number and DOB. Then you will create a new username and password. After that, you will receive an activation link via email. Click on it and your new access is ready.

February 28th at 6:00 pm current mobile app and home branch will be deactivated. New mobile app Beacon Community CU and home branch will be available on 3-2. You must register for access using either portal. You need a current email address on your account because you will receive an email to activate your account after you register.

Print off you statements from existing home branch account. They will not be available after 2-28-22. Everyone will receive a paper statement for February.
