The Kentuckiana District of Transamerica Agency Network is seeking an Agency Coordinator to support our growing office and sales team.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Coordinate marketing campaigns and recruiting events

✅ Manage and create social media content

✅ Build professional PowerPoint presentations

✅ Track and organize data using Excel

✅ Provide outstanding customer service

✅ Communicate with prospective agents, clients, and business partners

✅ Assist with office operations and team support

✅ Help promote career opportunities and agency growth

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Marketing background preferred

✔ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication

✔ Comfortable making and receiving phone calls

✔ Customer service experience

✔ Social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented

✔ Positive attitude and team-first mindset
