KHC - $10,000 First Time Home Buyer Program

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) announced today that additional funding for their $10,000 first time home buyer program will no longer be available for counties of Jefferson, Kenton, and Hardin, as they have been deemed recovered.

Christian county is the only area that remains eligible to use HHF DAP funds. Effective Thursday, November 15, 2018, KHC will open up HHF DAP only to properties in Christian County.
