Kevin knocked it out of the park! We only had 17 days to get the loan closed and Kevin made it seem like a breeze! I know from experience, that the "typical" loan officer couldn't have got even close but when you are dealing with a legend like Kevin Beam, he delivers! I will continue to use Kevin and only hope other loan officers can learn his ways to make every deal be as smooth!
