Your first begins in 4 days…..
It’s simple, commit to yourself and your health by doing a small act of fitness everyday for 30 days.
But simple doesn’t also mean easy.
Some days may only take 2-3 mins, other days 30 mins or more.
Some days you won’t feel like it, undoubtedly the kids will be sick, work will get hectic, your family will have plans, etc etc.
It’s on those days that your discipline and commitment to yourself will be tested. It’s those days when you still do what you said you were going to do, that will set you apart.
The is simple. 30 days of commitment to a fitness excercise. Follow along my program by adding it to your own workout plans, or start with this!
