FIRST PLACE MASTERS BIKINI 60 and OVER. THE MOMENT! Definitely in the "Feels" today. Still unreal. What a journey- sticking with it, staying disciplined, and never giving up, even when things got tough-paid off. Being bold enough to completely change everyday into something EFFING amazing! It's what kept connecting me to my deepest 'why.'- I ditched the 'just okay' and stepped into the 'hard' and 'unknown,' and since then, it's unbelievably awesome, full of incredible people and experiences. I'm in tears with gratitude. I won when it was hard. I won when I thought I would break. I won through tears, frustration and the 4am wake ups. I won by saying no. I won by saying yes. I won by dedicating hours at the gym building muscle and endurance. I won by believing in myself. I won before I even got on stage. I've built confidence during prep, a mindset of overcoming challenges, and keeping the faith. I love the woman I've become, the woman I went after. What I've built mentally surpasses what I've built physically.A big part of who I am is who I am not. ♥️🪅✨️💕 God bless.
