Settling into the new abode in SummerLin, Katie and Connor bossed out indeed... I showed up a week ago with a couple of suitcases from Europe. I managed to get the power, gas, water, and internet set up in about 36 hours. Then KatCon rolls in for a weekend of action. Nevada is doing things right. Now I've got a house that is more than half full of furniture and TVs. Still deciding on flooring and paint colors, but it's starting to feel like a home. Y'all come visit (I'm speaking you, Shepaug homies, military & surf bros alike)- the pool, ping-pong, and poker table will be lit up in May. And golf at this time of year is outstanding (regretfully, my game remains mediocre, but I'll get us local rates). Great to be out West again and closer to family, portfolio companies, the surf, and Trojans (and lest I forget the fantastic Andersonites (read Bruins, geez)).
Just DM me (provided you KNOW me and GRV Foundation), and I'll let you know if I'm in town or if there is availability. It's our time now. Let's ride this wave. And it won't be too long before we get a wave pool near Vegas—am I right?
