EHMP Program Road Map

Employee Health Management Plan (EHMP) — a program that helps employers save money on F**A taxes while providing employees with additional benefits - and it pays for itself.

Step 1. Introduction
• We introduce the program to the client, showing our 1-3 min intro video
• Interested clients are then shown the 5-7 min full video with more details (which mentions the SEA Al assistant at the end)
• We share the SEA (the Al assistant) with the client for additional questions.

Step 2. Collect Information
• We assist the client fills out the "Workplace Wellness"
scenario form from our website
• Our Agent sends the census to the Client's payroll specialist to be filled out
• Client will receive a secure portal link to upload: W4, and last two payroll Journals

Step 3. Proposal & Contract
• Proposal will provide potential tax savings for the employer
• Proposal will provide individual wellness monthly allotment amounts
• Set up a review call for the employer
• Our specialists will meet with the employer to go over the proposal
• The employer signs the contract

Step 4. Enrollment
• Our specialists will have a Zoom meeting with all employees to introduce the program
• Enrollment date setup
• Employees schedule enrollment time to sign up

Step 5. Plan Administration
• Wellness Program fee paid monthly
• Supplemental carriers paid monthly
• All fees are paid for with tax savings

😎 It’s the Eco Energy gang getting back and meeting together in Northern Michigan once again. Cooperative, Sustainable, Intentional Living communities discussions and topics in the mix. Including the Emmylou Harris & Graham Nash Interlochen Center for the Arts Festival 2026 Concert at the KRESGE AUDITORIUM later @ 7:30pm. A fun filled, action oriented day. Toodles! 🌿
