Moreno Valley Mall could look completely different in the years ahead.
The City has approved a major redevelopment plan for the mall property that includes up to 1,627 residential units, two hotels totaling about 270 rooms, approximately 60,000 square feet of office space, additional retail and restaurants, outdoor dining, and new public gathering areas.
But here’s the important distinction: approved does not mean all of this is being built right now.
I’m following the project so Moreno Valley homeowners, buyers, and residents can understand what’s actually planned—and what’s actually happening.
