"How To Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

Because wealth is unlimited, you can get all you want without hurting anyone and only by helping others.

Wealthy people know that secret and are eager to share their secrets. Poor people cannot help a wealthy person become wealthier; only monied people can do that.

Therefore, wealthy people write the secrets of wealth in books, which are easily obtainable at bookstores and in libraries.

Poor people, who are destined to stay poor, don't bother to read those books.

Because I am so old, younger people sometimes ask me what piece of lifetime advice would I give them. There are several major, important things I could tell them. Here is one of them. If you follow it, you will expand your life and give you benefits beyond what you think is possible.

Never stop learning. Until the day you die in advanced old age, never stop learning. Never stop growing in knowledge, wisdom, and maturity.

Your mind has capacity like an ocean. Everybody's mind is like that and so is yours. You will never be able to fill it.

Everything you learn, you use automatically and you benefit from it.

Some people miss the greatest opportunities of a lifetime, things that they desperate seek, simply because they do not know how to check out the business or opportunity that could help them.

They get their information from the wrong resources. For example, you wouldn't take swimming lessons from a person who has never been in the water. You need lessons from someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

The WORST place to get information about a company, product, service or person is the internet. Search the internet for something you deeply believe in, such as your religion or preferred politic. You'll find increasing negative reports about anything. Even about Jesus Christ, or Allah, or any God you choose. Do not go to amateurs to find information you truly need.

The Second WORST place to get information is listening to your own stereotyping of companies. Be honest with yourself and check them out.

The Third WORST place to get information is listening to your own fears. For example, your fear of selling something. If you need income, selling is the ONLY way money is generated. Even if you have a job, which has many drawbacks, you had to sell yourself in order to get hired. And you have to keep selling yourself to stay employed.

If you want good, honest and accurate information about something or somebody:
The FIRST best thing to do is see what the company, person, etc, says about itself. The SECOND best thing to do is see which authorized companies endorse them. For example, check out the BBB (Better Business Bureau), or Success magazine, or Forbes, or any other authorized company designed to give you good information. Frequently, the company, product or service you're checking will list the companies that endorse them. Check those out.

Your life, future and financial well-being depends on you being careful and honest with your proper research.

From birth to death, you own your body. You, today, are the product of everything you thought, believed and did. It's all on you. If somebody severely mistreated you, your response to it is on you. Everybody chooses and does what he or she wants to do.

That means, you may guide, direct and rule your own life until you die. It doesn't matter if you're 18 or 80. You get to choose the remainder of your life, how it's going to be.

Whether you're young or old, you may today decide what you want in life. You may set goals. You may chart a course and set milestones. Treat your life as a business. Do what is wise, right and good for yourself and for others.

This page is a business page, not a personal page. I do want to get to know you and have fun. But we should also tend to business.

You know those Facebook posts that tell you how to live better and earn money. Well, those posts are true. You really can live better and earn permanent, residual, enduring income. But if you're like me, like most people, you just pass over them, perhaps appreciating them for a millisecond with a smile, but you past over them. However, if you really are seriously interested in living better and earning more money, take these posts to heart, consider them, and act on them.
