I am going to do a video on this subject as I feel that most of the public is not aware and falls into the marketing of the big nationwide companies who promise and don't deliver. When they inform you they can't deliver on the marketing you are too fatigued and just want to get the process over with so you close with them and get the higher rates and higher fees.
