💛I was born and raised in Long Beach, Ca and moved to Chicago in my late 20’s

💛My best friend moved here for work. I visited in Fall, in Summer, and by November I had moved to Chicago and it became my new home

Testimony Thursdays 📝

💛 I worked as a hair stylist for nearly 20 years before deciding to pursue a corporate job using my degree. I lost a passion for styling, and wanted a change.

💛 After working as a Teller for a year and feeling miserable, I realized a 9-to-5 job wasn't for me 🤦🏽‍♀️ I quit and enrolled in real estate courses.

💛 Within 3-4 months, I was licensed and working for a brokerage downtown. I joined a team and met my mentor. Now, 8 years later, I am an investor and studying to become a
General Contractor 🦺

💛 The moral of my story is to let your heart guide you through life and don't be afraid to make a change if you're unhappy or wanting a new challenge. There are resources available everywhere, so take the leap and watch how everything falls into place!

ATTENTION Landlords!! 🚨 Please do not allow tenants to put stencil artwork on the walls. They are a pain to remove, which means more turnover costs for you! When pricing out paint jobs, I always up charge for the extra time it takes to remove this type of artwork without damaging the walls. Happy Investing! 😅
