Don't be so spooky about raising your rates. Here's your encouragement this week to conduct an audit of your current pricing to determine if it aligns with your numbers.

Don't base pricing on the other business down the street...base it on your time, capacity, expenses, experience, and goals. It's vital to have a complete view of your business's financials. Let a bookkeeper run the numbers and provide you with updated monthly reports.

As business owners, let's not sell ourselves short, but provide value for customers and ourselves.
