Join Walton County, Music For Charity, WASP, and Hands of Hope Walton for an awesome day of live music and family fun to help build a brand new special needs playground right here in our community!

When: Saturday, September 26, 2026 (Gates open at 1:30 PM)
Where: The Grove Amphitheater
Admission: $10 (Proceeds go toward the playground!)

School starts in Walton County Monday, August 3rd! Please make sure you leave with plenty of time for bus drivers to learn their routes with the children aboard!

Highway 138 closure dates for June and July!

The Georgia Department of Transportation has announced the temporary closure of Highway 138 at the Big Flat Creek bridge for necessary repairs. Please be advised of the following closure schedules:

- Monday, June 22 at 6:00 AM – Saturday, June 27 at 6:00 AM
- Friday, July 10 at 8:00 PM – Monday, July 13 at 5:00 AM

The recommended detour route provided by GADOT is Highway 81 and Highway 78.

We ask for your patience and cooperation in obeying all traffic laws during these repair periods to ensure the safety of all motorists.

We had a blast at the 11th Annual Loganville Wing Fling hosted by the Loganville Rotary Club this past Saturday! The weather was fantastic and the atmosphere was even better! This community really knows how to show out and bring the excitement to these events :)
