For new grads and the seasoned workforce!

Here is the latest career advice cheat sheet from LinkedIn's "Open to Work" workbook by Ryan Roslansky and Aneesh Raman.

AI is at the center of the conversation. Will it help your career, land you the interview, eliminate your job, or grow the employment market?

First identify and classify your work tasks into 3 buckets.

1. Tasks AI can do alone.
2. Tasks you do with AI.
3. Tasks only you can do.

First #1 group tasks need to get automated. Then develop a rhythm for #2 group tasks that you collaborate with AI on and make sure to skill up! The AI tools available to use are evolving daily. Take a class. Those who know "how" will most definitely stand out in the pack and pass the AI resume filters, which focuses on skills-based talent. Lastly, #3 group tasks are where you double down and make yourself uniquely human.

Creativity
Courage
Compassion
Communication

Your AI skillset efficiency paired with highly effective emotional intelligence that focuses on the five C's are who employers want right now, and they will pay big bucks for you.

So go do something great! You get to live through the most significant technological transformation in history, surpassing the impact of the PC, internet, and smartphone combined. As Mark Cuban said, "If I was starting my career, I would spend every waking moment learning everything about AI."
