While higher interest rates make it a costlier environment, homeownership remains as one of the most reliable ways to build wealth and gain financial stability. Long-term advantages (equity growth, tax advantages, stable costs, and property appreciation) may far outweigh the short-term pain of higher interest rates. Plus, refinancing is always an option once rates drop.

Congratulations to these two wonderful people (and new friends) who closed on their first home purchase in Colorado! We chose the lender with the best available interest rate and terms, got them cleared-for-closing in a week and then closed a week later. We worked with Chris, a fantastic real estate agent who negotiated a substantial amount of seller concessions and made the overall process so smooth. Then we closed with a great local title company who made the closing transaction a total breeze. Happy day! 🏠🔑🎉
