She could not have been more correct in her assessment that Bob is patient and kind, and very communicative. He answered any and every question I had and took extra time explaining things to me as there was much I did not understand. He did everything in his power to get me the best rate possbile. He worked hard in the end to get me to closing on time. I would recommend Bob to absolutely anyone looking for a lender.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers, so naturally we had a lot of questions, and Bob was always right there to answer them. He was helpful, informative, and personable, and he made sure we understood every step of the process. He also got us the best interest rate out of all of the companies we considered! The best review I can give is this: When it was time to close, I really hoped Bob would be there so I could meet him and thank him for all of his help. (He was, and he was just as nice in person.) I definitely recommend Bank of Little Rock and Bob specifically, and I hope to work with them again when it's time to buy our next home!
