Since its founding in 2011, the bank has expanded from a small community bank with assets under $90 million to a statewide entity with six locations and assets totaling $800 million. Stone Bank made a $10,000 donation to the American Scholastic Climbing League (ASCL) of Arkansas, a non-profit organization that provides climbing scholarships to socioeconomically underserved children. The money will be used to help provide scholarships, gym memberships, climbing gear, and competition fees. The bank fosters a supportive work environment with initiatives like “The 10 Be’s of Boulder Banking” standards, which recognize exemplary customer service. Stone Bank is also a key sponsor of the Tjuana Byrd Minority Internship Program through the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, hiring four minority interns into full-time positions.
