The future of banking starts with investing in students, like Ethan Caldwell! Ethan will be interning with Stone Bank in Little Rock through December, gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas of the bank, including Retail, Credit and Marketing. Ethan is currently entering his Senior year at Ouachita Baptist University, pursuing degrees in Finance and Sports Management.

To get to know Ethan better, we asked him a few questions:

💚 What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
"Always put others before yourself." My dad taught me that leading with kindness and serving others, which has shaped how I approach my everyday interactions.

💚 Currently, I’m really into: Fishing, Spikeball, disc golf, soccer, and just about anything that gets me outdoors. I love staying active and spending time outside.

💚 My favorite “worth every penny” purchase has to be: My AirPods Pro. The noise-canceling feature helps me stay locked-in whether I’m studying or getting a workout at the gym.

💚 Where was your first job, and what did you learn from it?
My first job was as a lifeguard at Chenal Valley POA. My supervisor, James Bryant, taught me that the work ethic you develop in your first job carries with you throughout your career, so it’s important to build strong habits from the start.

💚 Favorite part of Stone Bank's intern program?
Everyone here takes the time to answer my questions and is patient and encouraging. They are clearly invested in my growth and development.

Our internship program is designed to give students real-world exposure and help shape their path to success. We’re excited to have Ethan as part of that journey!

Armed with plenty of cold water, the Mountain View crew helped students from Timbo and Rural Special Schools stay refreshed as they headed home on the bus.

FUN FACTS: Rachel and her husband are the proud parents of two sons. They also have a 10-year-old Boykin Spaniel named Sydney who accompanies them just about everywhere they go. When she gets a little downtime, Rachel enjoys shopping and watching true crime docs.
