These buildings are NUCOR buildings, steel frame, 26 gauge moldings and panel, and prints come with engineered stamp.

This special includes building material and the labor to erect the building.

This special does not include concrete, overhead doors, insulation, electrical, etc...

All buildings are figured with 1/12 pitch roof, 25 lb. snow load, and 112 mile per hour wind load.

All buildings are priced with an all galvanized roof, colored walls, one steel walk door, and one 24x14 door opening (no overhead door included).

Take a look at this 80x125x19 all steel building with one 30x18 insulated overhead door and one 24x16 insulated over head door!

We sprayed 2 inches of closed cell spray foam insulation on the walls and ceiling of the front half of the building and painted it white.

We also sprayed one inch of spray foam insulation on the ceiling on the back half just to stop condensation. The owners are going to put a temporary wall in the center of the building for heating in the winter. Turned out great!👍🏼

Here’s the new Busboom Truck Repair building in Filley NE. The main building is 100x100x16 and the office is 25x35 with a kitchen and bathroom. The office area also has a vaulted ceiling that’s 14 feet tall! The main shop has 5-14x14 overhead insulated doors. The insulation in the building is 2 inches of closed cell foam ceiling and walls the office has 3 inches ceiling and walls.

FUN FACT: This building was one of the old Store Kraft buildings in Beatrice that was taken down by someone else. We put it back up a year later with no prints or anything to go off of other than the size of the building. Everything on this building is new except the steel frame. The bones are great!

Here’s a 84x100 that we sprayed 2” of closed cell spray foam insulation on the ceiling AND on the walls. We put this building up 3 years ago so the owner had us spray it when we were in the area! This is a 15x30 walk in freezer with 4 inches of closed cell foam with a v***r barrier on the outside! This is for freezing 5 gallon bucket of water ASAP! The ice is to put in hog trailers when it’s hot to help keep those piggies cool! Before this freezer— it would take 5 DAYS to freeze 5 gallon buckets in a conventional deep freeze. Now, it will only take 12 hours if not less!❄️ The framing is all new but the tin is all leftover of what the owner already had! 😎 This is awesome! Here’s a 50x100x16 foot tall on a 2 foot stem wall. It has three 14x14 overhead doors and 2 walk doors. We also did 2” of closed cell spray foam insulation on the walls and ceiling! This building is for cleaning out hog trailers. The floor has an 8x8x8 pit to catch all the wood chips and water and the pump is designed to separate everything. Here’s a 100x325 roof we restored! We got rid of the old and replaced it with new tin and screws.

The old tin had holes and about half of the roof had roof coatings that just didn’t do the trick!

Looking much better! No more leaking and no more rust! 👍🏻
