We are thrilled to invite you to a very special International Reunion Day as we celebrate 80 years of the Epsilon Epsilon chapter at William Jewell College.

Join us for a morning of reconnecting, reminiscing, and honoring the incredible legacy of our sisterhood.

⏰ Doors open at 10:00 AM | Program begins at 10:30 AM
📍 Yates-Gill Union (Rooms 221 & 222), William Jewell College
Cost: $15 per person
(Payable at the door via cash, card, or check)

In addition to brunch and fellowship, we will be hosting a raffle to benefit the Hanna Lockwood Dobberstine Memorial Scholarship. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase, featuring beautiful gift baskets and a very special item—an Epsilon Epsilon guard for your badge, generously donated by Susie Thrams, Hanna’s dear friend.

Thanks to the incredible generosity shown during Day of Giving, we are just $309.35 away from reaching our yearly goal. Your participation in the raffle helps us continue supporting future sisters.
More than anything, this celebration is about you—the alumnae who have shaped these 80 years into something so meaningful. We would love to see as many of you as possible as we come together to reconnect and celebrate all that Epsilon Epsilon has been and continues to be.

Homecoming at William Jewell is October 19th! This is approaching quickly, and we would love you to join us. We have a day of festivities planned, so feel free to join in for all the fun or even just one part!

At 10:00 AM, we will host an Alumni Reunion and Scholarship Brunch in the AGD Wing of Shumaker Complex. This will be casual and potluck style. Feel free to bring a dish or something to add to our spread, but this is not required. Enjoy some "Gam Bread" and let us give you a tour of the wing. We will have the 1974 (50 years!) and 1999 (25 years!) composites on special display! We will also be officially opening the Hanna Lockwood Dobberstine Memorial Scholarship for donations. Susie Fransen Thrams will be making our founding donation, and we will be accepting any other contributions throughout the day. Come and go as you please.

Around 11:30 AM, we will move over to the parking lot of Greene Stadium for our AGD tailgate! Our reserved spot will be released at a later time. We will have hot dogs on the grill and the opportunity to hang out with sisters and other Jewell alumni groups.

The game begins at 1:00 PM. Help us cheer on a Cardinal win!

After the game, we will convene at Conrad's Restaurant and Alehouse in Liberty for an AGD Alumni Happy Hour! We will have a table reserved, and our 21+ sisters will be there from 5:00-7:00 PM. Come hang out with us, and don't wear letters ;)

Along with our Philanthropy night at Yogurtini Self Serve, we are partnering with InAsMuch Ministry and Jewell Center for Faith and Culture for a canned food drive! Our aim is to minimize the number of people who suffer from food insecurity, and YOU can help! Our goal is $2,000 by the end of this week, and you can donate by sending monetary donations to McKinzie Thompson on Venmo (-Thompson).

International Reunion Day was so incredible last night! Thank you thank you THANK YOU to all of the Alumni for coming to our event in memory of Hanna Lockwood Doberstine 🤍 we were emotionally impacted by the stories and memories that were shared, and we are so grateful to be a part of a sisterhood that can impact us so greatly.

Each new member can bring 1 or 2 guests. Dinner for Feast of Roses will be a taco bar from La Costa. Meal costs for alumni and guests will not be covered by Alpha Gamma Delta. Please Venmo $10 to if you would like a plate!

My name is McKinzie Thompson, and I am currently a junior at William Jewell College and am a part of the Honors Institute. For my honors project, I have decided to analyze best practices and approaches to civics and social studies education related to certain topics.
For the project, I am focusing on the elementary level (2-5th grade). If you are a teacher in the surrounding area or know of anyone in the surrounding area who would love to participate please send them my contact information!
