I hope you're safe wherever you are and ready for all that's headed our way. Prayers for everyone already effected in North Carolina.

I just wanted to drop an message to everyone for some things to keep in mind:

1. During these types of storms and all large events of this magnitude, the insurance companies will be beyond overloaded! Incorrect terminology can results in a denial over the phone! I don't want to see that happen to anyone! I am here to help advise in any way I can. My advice is FREE!

2. I am available 24/7 to assist in any way I can! PLEASE convey that to everyone you know! My direct number is 843-636-8808 (text or call) and with the amount of damage that is currently expected, I am making myself and my team available around the clock. We will get to everyone that wants and needs help, one person at a time!

3. Every question is a good question. During times of confusion, there's an unimaginable amount of questions that come up and I am here to answer every one of them!
4. Anything that happens during this storm, no matter how big or small it is, is worthy of a conversation at a minimum. Fences, decks, pools, contents, the home itself - everything should be addressed.

5. My license is extensive. I can work on claims for homes, rental, dwelling, business, commercial, boats, planes and cargo (whether or not in transit).

6. I am personally licensed in SC, NC, and GA.

7. A denial means nothing! I can reopen claims even after they get denied!

Please share my post and my information with everyone you know! So many people will need help - let's make sure they know they have help on their side!

TIPS FOR HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE INSURANCE PROCESS:

A. Take still photos! Do not use video. Video is too fast to clearly identify everything.
B. Put those photos and anything else of importance in a cloud service to avoid them being ruined.
C. Find your policy documents NOW! Don't wait until after the storm hits! Scan them and send them to a cloud. NOTE: If you don't have a scanner, there's a free app called "Cam Scanner". Turn everything into a PDF and email it to yourself!

I will be praying for all of your safety and well being! Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Too funny!

06/09/2018

So I received this call from a homeowner today. She told me that she received a check for $900 to fix whatever she needs to after this "incident".

That incident was ARSON. Someone tried to burn her house down! The accelerant levels were off the charts when tested!

She was told by her insurance company that although they're aware that her siding is no longer available, she will just have to settle for white!

I guess your house siding can be changed out like accenting a wall in a room now?!

All that aside, we won't even discuss the carcinogens that her and her family are breathing while still living there!

Needless to say, I'm on my way to help! And sadly, I see this DAILY!

I do policy reviews on your homeowners policy, for FREE! It's part of my mission to educate the public and my way of giving back!

And I find crazy stuff in policies all the time!

SIX different times this week alone, I've found weird things, lacking things and severely underinsured issues in homeowners policies.

SIX. TIMES. IN. ONE. WEEK.

This is scary! 😡

This is suppose to be a bad hurricane season again. Stay in the know!
