This listing agent had some fairly specific requests regarding the pre-approval they would accept. And you can’t blame him. This was all due to several recent transactions of his having some serious communication and deadline issues on the lending side.

After a lengthy conversation first between Tim and the listing agent and then myself and the listing agent, (late on a Sunday night) we were able to properly relay our client’s exceptional qualifications and The Money Store Chesapeake City reputation in our local market. Tim was able to get our client’s offer accepted.
