We were excited to attend the groundbreaking of The Collaborative 1881, a transformative affordable housing development located at 1881 West North Temple in Salt Lake City. The project will deliver 198 high-quality, affordable rental units, helping address the region’s critical need for workforce housing along the North Temple corridor.

The groundbreaking ceremony marks the start of construction on a project shaped through close collaboration between city leadership, state partners, and private institutions, all aligned in a shared commitment to expanding affordable housing opportunities in Utah.

We are incredible grateful to be involved in helping fund this project, and look forward to watching it take shape over the next few years!
