Kegged the Robust Coffee Porter a few days ago. Force carbonating it now. Should be ready just in time for the The Ruck Extreme Homebrew Competition.

Porter was brewed despite some rain. Made with pure spring water from the Troy Springs.

Working on upgrading the system. All stainless keggles and fittings with a copper HERM system. Can't wait to test it out.

The HBA is fermented. It is now in the keg and hooked up to the CO2 cylinder. In a couple of days we should have our first force carbonated keg of delicious beer.

Was told the Dry Stout has more flavor than Guinness. Not bad. Also, tastes great on top of Southern Tier Brewing Company Pumking

Brewed the HBA yesterday at the Smith Family Brewhouse (aka I set up my stuff in their garage to avoid the rain). Excited for it to ferment so I can test out forced carbonation in the keg.

The next batch will be the first to be kegged and force carbonated. What kind should it be?

Brewed and bottle my first Dry Stout. Tasted the bright beer and this one seems quite promising. Looking forward to trying the finished product. Any suggestions for what to make next? Maybe something to float the stout on?
