10 years ago I had a lightbulb moment and I began to research and educate myself on anything related to finances. I wanted to know what the wealthy know. I wanted to do what the wealthy do. I learned how to calculate my net worth. I began to pay attention to my credit score and my debt. I learned a lot! More importantly, I learned what I didn't know and I started applying this new knowledge to my
own financial picture. I created a financial blueprint.
6 years ago, I made a plan and set a goal to get out of debt. I gave myself 3 years to accomplish that and I did it. In the process, taking all that I learn about how credit works, my debt went down, down, down; my credit score went up, up, up! I now have leverage to get the better interest rates and discounts.
