This house is SOLD!!! We thought we could get our price without staging it at first but we were wrong. It sat without any offers for a couple of weeks which is a long time in this market. So we pulled it out of MLS , staged it and got offers right away. It’s Not a problem to admit a mistake, correct, and move forward! This house is so beautiful we hate not owning it anymore but hopefully the new buyers will get to enjoy it! 😍💫✨

Haven’t showed much of this project so I’m excited to share it here! Boy I wish Instagram would give us more than 10 pictures to share... on this one, because the market is so boiling hot in Las Vegas, I thought we would get the price we want even without the staging. Once it was 2 weeks with no offers, we took it off the market and staged it! Let’s see how we do now that it is staged. Tell me if you like how it turned out? 💫🙌✨💜

In this case we feel that it is important to update the landscaping for this house as it was very outdated and we are making the inside so beautiful.
