Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Yunna Cheung

Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Yunna Cheung I guide women in transition with compassion and clarity, helping them make smart financial decisions and live a life of significance. or June of
the prior year.

My passion for what I do comes from my family’s journey. I was born in China, where life was stable and comfortable. But everything changed when my parents made a bold decision—they gave it all up and moved our family to America in search of a better future. When we arrived, we didn’t speak the language and had to start completely over. My dad worked as a handyman, and my mom opened a small hair s

alon, charging just seven dollars a haircut. They worked tirelessly, sacrificing everything so my sister and I could have opportunities they never had. Watching them rebuild their lives from the ground up showed me what true resilience looks like, but it also showed me how overwhelming life can feel when you’re navigating unfamiliar systems and making important decisions without guidance. By the time I was twelve, I was helping them with financial matters, and I saw firsthand the opportunities they missed simply because no one was there to guide them through that transition. That experience shaped how I see money. Financial decisions are never just about numbers, they impact confidence, clarity, and the ability to move forward with purpose during life’s most uncertain moments. Today, I work closely with women in transition, whether they’re navigating the loss of a spouse, divorce, retirement, inheritance, or the sale of a business. These are moments where everything can feel uncertain, and important financial decisions often come all at once. I help bring clarity and structure during those times, so they can move forward with confidence and create the next chapter of their lives with intention. My family includes my husband, Jack, and our daughter, Kellie. We enjoy traveling, especially to Japan and Switzerland. We moved from San Francisco to Las Vegas in 2006. I'm fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Our team includes Financial Advisor Emmy Zhang, who joined us in 2023, bringing extensive operations management experience. She moved from San Francisco to Las Vegas in 2020 and has a young daughter. Branch Office Administrator Jennifer Sheffield joined in 2021 with background in the investment industry. She and her husband, Curt, moved from Sun Valley, ID, to Las Vegas in 2006 and have three adult children and a grandson. Branch Office Administrator Emanie Roelofs joined in 2026 with eight years of experience in management and client service. Raised in Las Vegas with Midwestern roots, she shares her home with her partner, Andrew.
