The first few days on the new call line, I'm referring callers to the corporate office. I get the same caller to call me back and he has tons of questions. "Why such a greeting." "Are you working from home" "I just dialed that number!!" Suddenly, I realize, I'm the corporate office. Oh, great! 😂
