Let's talk about down payment assistance. If you know me, you know I'm not a fan, but lately they have been a blessing to many with the elevated home prices.
If you can do it on your own I encourage it, but some DPA programs can be a great way to get into a home. Seller credit is another great benefit in this new market.

Marry the house. Date the rate.

We understand rates have gone up.
If you can realistically make the payment now, imagine how much better off you will be when you can refinance into a lower rate.
