Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Matt Koch I began learning how money was simply a tool, and it can be blown or grown. With prudent care, it becomes a lasting, community-impacting asset.

As an appliance repairman in Russell, Kansas, my grandfather unknowingly set the stage for my financial journey during my teenage years by gifting me an investment account and a relationship with his financial advisor. With no prior financial background, this pivotal moment ignited a passion that led me to pursue a bachelor's degree in finance with a focus on financial planning. As a third-generation Kansan from Great Bend, my commitment to financial excellence brought me to Edward Jones. I was, and still am, impressed by its industry prestige, private business structure and abundant resources that align with clients' best interests. Since 2014, my wife and I have called Larned home, where we happily raise and homeschool our four children, embracing the challenges that come with it. Our family values outdoor activities, exercise, travel, beach outings and healthy cooking. Growing our roots in our community, my past contributions of various organizations include Larned Civic PRIDE, Pawnee County Fair Association, Fort Larned Historical Society and the Larned Area Chamber of Commerce. As our business continued to thrive, I seized the opportunity to become a limited partner with Edward Jones in 2018. With gratefulness, I have volunteered by serving as a regional coordinator for the Walk to End Alzheimer's and contributing to the firm's growth as a recruiting leader and hiring team member. As I strive to be a continuous learner, I earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® mark in 2025. Working alongside my experienced team, we are intensely focused on providing the highest level of service to our clients. Our typical clients are great savers nearing or in retirement, landowners diversifying beyond the farm and business owners valuing financial delegation. Our goal is to help simplify our clients' finances, while making a positive impact in their family tree.
