IF WALLS COULD TALK !!!

I cant even begin to imagine the stories this house holds .

The BEAUTIFUL BROAD STREET HISTORIC BRICK BEAUTY IS FINALLY DONE.

I bought this home in January.
My initial thought was " im gonna buy a 4,000 sq foot home and everything is gonna be sweet " 🤣🤣🤣🤣 boy was i wrong .

This house was an ABSOLUTE JOURNEY. From the plenty of surprises we encountered during the renovation processes to the home actually being broken into and robbed.
Through it all ... we prevailed.

The historic beauty and elegance was not taken care of to say the least when I bought the home . It was in rough shape .

I wanted to remodel this home and keep the historic charm, while also introducing fresh, clean, and modern touches. Not to toot my own horn but I think we did JUST THAT.

The kitchen was completely remodeled . Top to bottom . Tile floors and backsplash , quartz countertops , new appliances and cabinets
Upstairs bathroom was completely remodeled . Clawfoot tub . New tile shower . New tile floor ( even tho I chose a very similar tile to the one that previously existed, it is all new ).

I added a full bath on the first floor that never previously existed .

Added 2nd floor laundry room for convenience.

Painted the whole home . Refinished and stained all the wood trim .

New HVAC .

WAINSCOTTING in the upstairs hallway.

Way Too many things to list .

Many many hours and hardworking hands went into the completion of this home . Id like to thank every person who helped me bring this thing to completion .

This is by far the coolest and most unique home I have remodeled to date.

This home is truly gorgeous. And it is ready for its new owner.

BUCKEYE LAKE HOUSE IS COMPLETE

Small amount of cleaning and landscaping left and this baby hits the market thursday.

This house is by far the biggest flip I have ever done .

The day I closed on this house , I walked in and the pipes were bursted , water spraying everywhere . That set the tone for the many surprises this house would hold .

The before pictures dont look AWFUL , BUT ... thats because ...
The person who owned it before me , slapped some drywall up everywhere and hid MOST of the horrendous surprises that were in store . But we prevailed.

Everything in this house is brand new . Top to bottom .
New foundation , new plumbing , new HVAC, new roof , new siding , a totally new well system, re designed part of the living space , re configured the roof line and lastly ... a complete interior remodel featuring marble backsplashes , beautiful flooring , tile bathrooms / showers and quartz countertops.

This house went from a 3 bed , 1 bath to a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, With an all new master suite including the addition of the second bathroom.

This is my favorite house to date .

This house showed me what real estate was all about . This house brought tears to my eyes . This house broke my bank and my sanity. This house was the largest rehab to date. This house is FINALLY done.

Can't wait for this thing to sell !!!

Pataskla home is FINALLY DONE .

There has been SO MUCH work done on this house over the last few months .

All new HVAC ( Ducting , Furnace and A/C ) . Block Foundation Repairs . A complete and total interior gut and remodel, including new drywall, doors, paint , flooring, subfloor, hardware , tile galore, quartz countertops, shaker cabinets lights , farmhouse sink. New roof on the shed . New deck on the home . Painted the exterior . Beautiful landscaping . This home is brand new from top to bottom and ready for its new owner .

Take a moment and look at all the before and afters. The transformation is beautiful and transformation is what I'm all about . Home was not yet cleaned when these pics were taken. So you may see some dust but look at the beauty .

So unbelievably proud of the way this thing turned out .
