With the Fed signaling that it is ready to start lowering rates in September we should in turn see a positive effect on mortgage rates. You are going to see a ton of advertisements quoting rates for refinancing that will seem enticing.

Don't be fooled into doing something that may not be in your best interest. Don't compare your rate to your friend, colleague, or family member (Their loan amount, credit score, and product is likely different than yours).
