It’s an honor to be at The Foundation at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital’s 5th Fashion with Purpose, a Black and White Ball last Saturday together with colleagues and friends. This year’s participation is in memory of Taylor Watkins and in honor of Mike Marvel.

We have been a part of this event since 2022 and continue to be amazed by their growing Cancer Fund supporters. So proud of my wife Sol Halliburton for leading a great team and organization.

Events like this are only possible because of the generosity and spirit of our community.

Funds raised at this year's Margarita Mix Off supports the renovation of our NICU Rooming-In Rooms, where parents stay with their babies while learning to care for them alongside our NICU team before going home. For some families, that stay may be just a few days. For others, it may be weeks or even longer. These rooms provide a comfortable space for families to bond, learn, and prepare for the transition home together.

Thank you for showing up, having fun, and helping make a difference for local families during some of their most important moments. We’re already looking forward to next year. 💫
