اگر Self-Employed هستید و Tax Return شما income کمتری نشون می‌ده، این لزوماً به این معنی نیست که هیچ Mortgage Optionی ندارید.

در بعضی Non-QM Programها، بسته به شرایط شما و نوع Loan Program، ممکنه Bank Statement Loan یکی از گزینه‌های قابل بررسی باشه.

در این نوع برنامه‌ها، برای بعضی Self-Employed Borrowerها ممکنه Bank Statementها به‌عنوان بخشی از بررسی Income استفاده بشن، به‌جای اینکه فقط به Tax Return نگاه بشه.

البته Bank Statement Loan برای همه مناسب نیست و Qualification به شرایط کامل مالی شما بستگی داره؛ از جمله Income، Credit، Assets، Documentation و Program انتخابی.

پس اگر Self-Employed هستید، فقط بر اساس Tax Return نتیجه‌گیری نکنید.
