1 Wave Challenge & Beach Run

1 Wave Challenge & Beach Run The 1 Wave Challenge and the Torrey Pines Adventure Run is an incredible morning of surfing, running, breakfast, and music.

A scenic 5-mile trail run or 5K option along La Jolla Shores and a world record-breaking attempt for the most surfers riding one wave to benefit the Boys to Men Mentoring Foundation. Held on January 28th, 2017, DURING the Farmers Insurance Open. Proceeds will benefit Boys to Men Mentoring, an official cause of the Champions for Youth program for the tournament host, the Century Club of San Diego.

The 1 Wave Challenge is a world record attempt for the most surfers on one wave at a time. Register here: http://1wavechallenge.org/. Who's in for the next 1 Wave Challenge?

- Thumbs-up if you would join us if we hosted the Earthwave Beach Festival again and attempted to break our own Guinness World Record for the "Most Surfers Riding a Wave" which we set back in 2009. 👍😎

"A 10 year hiatus and now we're back!" kind of thing. 😉

Nothing overly complicated this time; just the surfing / ocean-loving community coming together and doing something amazing!
