The Xchange underwriting team is growing, and that means more capacity to support members and take on new programs.

We're excited to welcome Hunter Stallings as Underwriter and Tre Woodall as Underwriting Assistant.

Hunter and Tre both bring experience evaluating and placing specialty risk, with Hunter's background rooted in wholesale and Tre's in an MGA environment. Both will work directly with SIAA members on specialty and E&S placement.

The SIAA Mississippi Insurance Alliance conference brought Xchange closer to the members we're here to serve.

The kind of team you build says a lot about the company you are building.

D.J. Postles spent yesterday afternoon with the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation Georgia chapter's Harvest Pack event, joining fellow insurance professionals to pack more than 19,000 meals for children and families in need across the region.

Xchange gives every employee paid volunteer days because we think showing up for your community should be easy, not something you have to schedule around work.

Xchange has officially earned Lloyd’s coverholder status.

This is a meaningful milestone for our platform and a strong validation of what we’ve been building.

With delegated authority backed by Lloyd’s of London capacity, Xchange can now:
🔷 bind specialty and E&S business directly on Lloyd’s paper
🔷 support more complex and nuanced risks
🔷 streamline placement by reducing unnecessary handoffs

For SIAA members, this creates a more direct, efficient path to specialty markets.

For any new or potential partner, it reinforces Xchange as a credible, scalable MGA platform within the SIAA ecosystem.

This is an important step forward...and just the beginning of what we plan to build.

Xchange continues to expand its program and market access for SIAA members, and California residential property is the latest addition.

2 new programs are now available for homes with wildfire exposure that fall outside the admitted market. Both allow members to quote and bind online in minutes, no additional appointments required.

Over the past three weeks, the Xchange team traveled to three SIAA conferences across the country.

Hunter joined the NXT panel at the SIAA Spring Conference in Phoenix and later gave a dedicated Xchange update to the broader group. D.J. then took the stage at the LoneStar Conference in Texas and the San Group Annual Meeting in Connecticut, sharing where Xchange stands today and what's coming next for members across the network.

Every event had its own energy, but one thing stayed consistent: the SIAA community shows up engaged, curious, and invested in building something better together. We came away with stronger relationships, great feedback, and a clearer sense of what members need from a specialty and E&S platform like Xchange.

Grateful for the trust, the candid conversations, and the continued support. This network is something worth being part of.

Xchange continues to grow...both operationally and strategically.

We’re excited to welcome Trissi Wilkinson, as Underwriting Manager, and Chelsea Valente, as Director of Marketing.

Trissi brings strong underwriting leadership and will play a key role in supporting program ex*****on and improving submission flow across the platform.

Chelsea will lead our marketing efforts, helping strengthen communication, visibility, and engagement across the SIAA network.
