Had a builder tell me last week he was standing on a job site with a crew of eighteen, materials were already delivered but the start date had already been pushed out twice.
Everything was ready except one thing, the certificate of insurance... the delays were costing him thousands.
He said the hardest part of construction really isn’t even the work itself, it’s the usually the paperwork.
It made me wonder how many projects get slowed down not by lumber prices or weather, but by insurance certificates.
If this is you, let's talk and get you back on the job site!
