Did you know that you do not get paid by the hour?

You get paid because of the value you bring to the marketplace.

As humans, we are all valuable in the eyes of God.

But in the marketplace, its different.

So, if you want to make more money then you have to increase your value in the marketplace.

How do you do that?

Well did I ever tell you about the 4 levels of value? Maybe you already know but we will talk about them now.

1st Level- Implementation. This means you use your muscles/time to make money aka trading time for money. (think about the house keeping staff at a hotel). (20K-80K/year)

2nd Level -Unification. You uses your management skills. You have a small team. (Manager at a store or a factory) (30K-100K/yr)

3rd Level- Communication- you use your mouth to make money. Think about an author, actress, singer, speaker. (150K-100mil/yr)

4th Level-Imagination-you use your mind and your money to create wealth. Think Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, Oprah Winfrey. (10mil-billions).

So, think about where you are now and where you want to be.

Implementors and Unifiers have a cap on their salaries. Communicators and Imaginators do not.
