**Job Summary:**
As an Independent Insurance Sales Broker/Agent at Wroy Insurance Agency Inc., you will sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplemental, ACA/ObamaCare, Life Insurance, Final Expense, and other Ancillary products. This role is perfect for those looking to build a solid book of business with the potential for residual income. Work remotely and enjoy the flexibility of managing your own schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to clients in navigating Medicare plans and options.
**What We Offer:**
- **50/50 Commission Splits:** Benefit from a generous commission structure with a 50/50 split.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients in understanding Medicare benefits, coverage, and enrollment processes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' healthcare needs to recommend suitable Medicare plans.
- Educate clients on various Medicare options, including Advantage Plans, Supplement Plans, and Part D prescription drug coverage.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to compare plan benefits and costs for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and plan selections.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice.
- Utilize provided leads and CRM system to manage your sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Medicare policy changes.
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in analyzing client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish and Haitian Creole, is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Previous insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be licensed to sell Medicare insurance or willing to obtain licensure.
