THIS IS A SCAM!
This letter is being sent to property owners in an attempt to get $95 from each person. This is a solicitation and states this at the bottom. It appears to be a bill and many will hastily write a check or use the pay by phone feature.
The information that it promises you is all public record and you can obtain it for very minimal fee or FREE.
If you borrowed when you made your purchase, you already have the appraisal and title work that provide the exact same information.
If you paid cash - you have the information with the possible exception of the appraisal.
