Family Legacy Real Estate is a professional real-estate solutions firm that buys, rehabilitates, sells, or holds properties throughout Wisconsin. Our company is structured to purchase distressed homes at a significant discount, renovate them, and either resell them to retail home buyers or manage them as rental properties. Founded in 2014 by Nina and Mitchell Ferraro, Family Legacy Real Estate is
excited to be part of our area's revival, and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Southeastern Wisconsin and its neighborhoods. We chose our business name Family Legacy Properties to reflect our reason "Why?" We do this because we want to change the course of our family's lives, as well as other families' lives. We want to be sure we are examples to our children, siblings, parents, and others by always working hard, staying motivated, working honestly and with integrity, and giving back to others in the community we live in. We also want to ensure that we are there to help others provide a legacy for their families whether its to purchase a safer home, move to a safer neighborhood, restore quality within neighborhoods, or have the opportunity to give our time and money to causes that will help Southeaster Wisconsin. Our name reflects exactly why we are in this industry.
