How can you explain this team of absolutely wonderful women, and some of the best men as well, and even come close to doing it justice?Here’s how I see it.

When I met Mallisa in South Dakota, after she gave a keynote that left jaws on the floor and not a dry eye in the room of a very intimate group of hand selected power house entrepreneurs, billionaires, millionaires, politicians and thank goodness me, she sat down next to me, I looked at her and said, “How do I be you when I grow up??”
I was questioning myself before this event, wondering if I should spend the money to go.. I think a lot of us do that. I am a single mom of a very special little guy who is autistic, completely supported financially on my own. I’ve never regretted showing up but I’ve always regretting not. Thank god I did. Mallisa told me what she was building, and I had wanted to do something very similar in Lending, which I still do and love.

I locked arms with her and hired her as my business coach for the next 8 months. I couldn’t afford it but I couldn’t afford not to.
February of 2025, Mallisa invited me on to her phenomenally expanding team. l quit my full time income, terrified in a Real Estate challenged era, but I knew she had my back. I met my new team who welcomed me with a warmth, enthusiasm and support I had never experienced before on a team. I was licensed within 1 month (which was a bucket list item for me by the way) and with Mallisa’s guidance within 3 months I had closed my first 2 deals.
It’s been 5 months since I was licensed this year, and this week alone, I have submitted 16.7 million dollars in offers and have over 5 million dollars in commissions that I can calculate, in my pipeline of clients I am proud to take care of and represent. Its not about money, its the collaboration, trust and relationships we are building with clients and the legacy the team is building to take care of our families and the future and standard of how Commerical Real Estate is conducted especially for female agents and clients. I won’t go into those experiences in 5 short months of why that topic needs to be addressed because this is a positive post.

I am proud to be part of such a unique and inspiring team, spearheaded by Mallisa, to be a strong female role model to my daughters and leave a legacy for my family. Mallisa always tells us, “If you tell me your goals, I will make it my personal mission to make sure you succeed. I can’t want it more than you do, but I will stand behind you to push you, run with you and make sure you have the support to make it happen.” Despite her own health challenges and goals, she’s never let us down. This is just the beginning.
